Kaya Hotel is on Referendum Road in Kagadi Town, the commercial centre of Kagadi District in the Bunyoro sub-region of western Uganda. Kagadi is about 245 km west of Kampala by road and about 95 km south-west of Hoima. On Referendum Road, behind Mogas Fuel Station and near the MTN mast, in Kagadi Town, off the Mubende–Kampala Highway. Look for our green sign at the gate. If you get lost, call 0393 103 864 and we will talk you in.
How much is a room?
Deluxe Room (double bed, work desk, TV with DSTV, WiFi, balcony, breakfast included): UGX 100,000 / night (up to 2 guests).
Executive Room (bigger room, bigger bed, work desk, TV with DSTV, WiFi, balcony, breakfast included): UGX 150,000 / night (up to 2 guests).
What is the difference between the Deluxe and Executive rooms?
The Executive Room is a bigger room with a bigger bed. Everything else is the same.
How do I book a room?
Use the booking form, call reception, or email info@kayahotelkagadi.com.
Is my room confirmed once I send the form?
Not yet. The form sends your request to reception, and you get an email to say it arrived. Someone from the hotel then contacts you to confirm the room.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free until 48 hours before arrival.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included with the room.
